The following terms of use of this site are binding to the users of any organization using material from this site or it's predecessors (sqlReports4.com, sisresources.com, and sqlReports.net). The terms apply regardless of who in the organization downloaded and/or installed the file, report, or written material from this site.
The material from this site - downloads, reports, written material, etc - is the intellectual property of Matt Freund and Freund Resources, and is viable to the success of Freund Resources. Violating the following terms will be viewed as attempting to do irreparable harm to Matt Freund and Freund Resources and will lead to legal action when necessary vs the individual and the entity that employed the person at the time.
Downloads and Reports From This Site
All downloads on this site are standalone customizations and integration of them with any other download or program without the express written consent of Matt Freund is prohibited.
What's Allowed
You are allowed to use downloads and reports from this site on your district servers only. This includes both production and test servers.
What's Not Allowed
You are not allowed to share a download or report from this site with anyone outside of your district at any time. This includes installing downloads or reports on servers outside your district, allowing others to login to this site as you, sending others a copy of a report or download, or uploading and sharing a report or download with others via any web site. This applies to the original report or download, plus any versions with slight variations or modifications to the original, such as changing the report title, adding or subtracting fields to a report, or modifications to downloads.
You are not allowed to share the content of any report in another format, such as a sql query, custom page, PowerQuery, or an Enterprise Reporting report.
You are not allowed to take any content with you if you leave your district. If you have an account on the site, once you leave your district you must notify Matt Freund of your departure and your account will be deactivated. A mass email will be sent to subscribers at random times to check for valid email accounts and those that bounce back will be suspended and investigated.
Written Material From This Site
The written material of this site, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, and documentation, was created by Matt Freund. Use on handouts, presentations, or other web sites is prohibited without the express written consent of Matt Freund. You're not allowed to share any of the written material with anyone outside of your district.
Consequences of Violating the Terms of Use
All Visitors:
Legal action will be pursued if necessary against the individual and the entity that employed the person at the time. Furthermore, Matt Freund and Freund Resources will not do any business with the entity involved or any entity that employs the person that has committed the violations.
Account Holders:
If it's determined a person who has logged into the site has violated the terms of use on purpose, regardless of the subscription status, the person will be banned from the site and the accounts of everyone at the district or company will be suspended. Any subscriptions will be cancelled immediately and no refunds will be issued, and any legal action will be pursued. If the violations occur after a subscription has expired, legal action of cease and desist orders and/or lawsuits will be pursued. Furthermore, Matt Freund and Freund Resources will not do any business with the entity involved or any entity that employs the person that has committed the violations.
All legal proceedings will take place in the court systems in the state of Kansas.
