Free accounts that haven't been used within the last six months are deleted on a monthly basis to clean up the database (for example, on July 1, 2025, free accounts that haven't been used since January 1, 2025, will be deleted). Users that had free accounts that were deleted can apply for new accounts.

Cookies are used to complete any form on the site, which includes the login form, the password reset form, and the account application form. If you plan to use any of those forms, then you must accept cookies for the site, otherwise, those forms won't work. If you declined the use of cookies and need to use those forms, you can change the setting by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the button to reconsider cookies.
Free accounts - free accounts that haven't been used within the last six months will be deleted to clean up the database (for example, on December 1, any free account not used since June 1 will be deleted).
Subscription-based accounts - accounts that are marked as Customer Contact will never be deleted. Non-Customer Contact accounts will be deleted if they haven't been used with the last year.
All account holders can contact Matt and request that their account be deleted at any time. Customer Contact accounts though will only be deleted if another account from the same organization exists and is thereby marked as Customer Contact.
Users can reapply for accounts in both cases.
If approved, you will receive an email with login information. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder or make sure your email server isn't blocking emails from freundresources.net. You can try using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login box to see if an account exists. If an account hasn't been created, it'll say so, otherwise it'll send an email with further instructions to reset the password for the account.

If you receive an error message regarding SMTP, please contact Matt at matt @ freundresources.com and let him know the full error message and he'll help you reset your password.
If it's not in your spam folder and you have checked with your email server administrator and it's not being blocked or quarantined, then please contact Matt. The emails will come from donotreply @ freundresources.net and it's inbox can be checked to see if your email bounced, which can happen if the address you gave had a typo, or if your email server has a spam blocker that notifies the sender the email was rejected. Matt can also help with a short term solution to get you logged in. Long term though, the main thing to resolve will be any spam settings on your end with regards to the freundresources.net email.
No - usernames must be unique and are based on work email addresses. If your work email address has changed, please contact Matt with the new address and he will change the username.
Sometimes browsers will have caching issues. Try logging in with a different browser and if that works, go back to your original browser and either clear the browser cache or delete freundresources.net from your history, and try logging in again.
No. If you had a free account on sqlReports.net, sisresources.com, or sisresources.org, those accounts were all purged from those sites in the past. If you wish to access the free material on FreundResources.net, you must apply for an account on this site.
Reasons can include, but are not limited to: a) a non-work email address was given on the application, b) the person has been or was denied an account on any site* owned and operated by Matt Freund or Freund Resources, c) the person has violated the terms of use of any site* owned and operated by Matt Freund or Freund Resources, d) the person works for a district or company that has violated the terms of use of any site* owned and operated by Matt Freund or Freund Resources, or e) the person works for a company with a product that is considered to be in competition with sqlReports or any premium content on this site.
