Site Subscription Full Refund Policy
The Site Subscription (formerly known as sqlReports Subscription) consists of digital downloads, which are intangible products available as soon as a person logs into this site. The following policy allows for a customer to request a refund within a specific timeframe as long as as the digital products haven't been accessed:
Unless local laws regarding digital downloads specify otherwise, a refund for a subscription order is available provided:
- The refund request happens within 5 calendar days following the order's invoice date, and
- Any account tied to the customer has not logged into the site during those 5 calendar days.
Pro-Rated Refund Policy
A pro-rated refund of the Site Subscription is available if a version of the SIS has been released which causes the core functionality (the ability to create and run reports) of the latest version of sqlReports to no longer work and there's no fix, and the customer has upgraded to that version of the SIS on their production server.
In the cases above, customers should contact Matt and provide SIS information (version information, update dates, etc.) as needed.
The following do not constitute a refund, but instead will be repaired or replaced:
- Current download zip files from the FreundResources.net web site - if a download zip file is faulty, please contact Matt so that he can check into it and update it as needed.
- Current reports from the FreundResources.net web site - if you have an issue with a report in it's original format, please contact Matt and he will check into it and update the report as needed. For example, if a SIS upgrade causes errors with a report due to database changes, the report will be redone to account for the SIS changes.
